Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience building dashboards and delivering workforce insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with core HR metrics.
• Create DAX measures and KPIs for real-time monitoring.
• Cleanse, transform, and validate HR data to maintain data quality.
• Act as functional administrator for talent management platforms.
• Develop concise decks translating analytics for stakeholders.
