JKTabak seeks an organised HR & Admin Officer to recruit for international sales, screen candidates for English proficiency, and manage the 1 PM to 10 PM shift on-site at E-11.

You will handle attendance, onboarding, personnel records and confidential files with discretion, ensuring timely communication with managers and candidates.

The role offers PKR 70,000–80,000 per month, on-site work at E-11, with structured training and opportunities for advancement as the team grows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment, HR administration or office coordination.
• Strong English and a professional manner.
• Organised with schedules, files and follow-ups.
• Discretion with personal information.
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; interview-confirmed workdays.

Aufgaben

• Source and screen candidates for international sales, business development and marketing roles.
• Test written English and reply speed as part of screening.
• Arrange interviews and gather feedback from managers.
• Maintain attendance for the 1 PM to 10 PM shift and personnel records.
