Job summary

FCV Tobacco Limited is seeking an HR & Admin Officer to recruit sales, business development and content staff who can write and speak fluent English, and handle details without supervision. The successful candidate will run Islamabad office administration, manage the 1 PM to 10 PM shift, maintain personnel records, onboard new starters and ensure smooth paperwork for the growing E-11 team.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for sales, business development and content roles, testing English and phone confidence
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback from managers and keep candidates informed
• Maintain attendance records for the 1 PM to 10 PM shift and follow up on absences
• Run onboarding for new hires: documents, accounts, tools and first-week plan
• Keep personnel files accurate, complete and confidential
