Global Shisha Tobacco is building its Islamabad sales office, and the HR & Admin Officer does the hiring that makes it possible. The roles are specific: people who can sell by WhatsApp to a Gulf distributor, research importers in Europe or write a sourced guide to another country's tobacco rules.

Screening for those abilities is the heart of the job. You also run the office side: attendance for the 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift, records, onboarding and day-to-day administration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment or general HR.
• Good English, since you will be judging other people.
• Organised record-keeping and discretion with personal information.
• Confidence running structured interviews.
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview.

Aufgaben

• Screen applications and run first interviews for sales, business development, content and technical roles
• Test written and spoken English in a way that reflects real buyer conversations
• Organise onboarding so each new hire covers product, shipping and country basics in the first month
• Maintain employee records, attendance and leave for the shift
• Handle office administration and supplies and report staffing needs to management
