Job summary

FCV Tobacco Limited is looking for a Business Development Officer to research licensed tobacco manufacturers, processors, importers and leaf dealers in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Central Asia and Latin America, contact them, and determine which leads deserve the sales team's time. You will verify prospects against company buyer rules and maintain a CRM with clear statuses.

The role is on-site at E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with a monthly salary of PKR 60,000–70,000

Qualifications

• Strong written English for initial contact via email/LinkedIn.
• Research habits to locate right contacts at licensed entities.
• Patience with regulated trade and verification outcomes.
• Ability to keep pipeline accurate in a spreadsheet or CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build and update prospect lists of licensed manufacturers, processors, importers and leaf dealers by country.
• Write first outreach emails and LinkedIn messages and follow up regularly.
• Check registrations, licences and end-use details against buyer verification rules.
• Track trade events and market news to turn insights into target lists for the sales team.
• Record every prospect, status and reason for dropping in the CRM.
