Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive wholesale sales in Lahore. You will manage operations, target growth, and expand the customer base among HoReCa clients, ensuring timely visits and accurate reporting to the Line Manager.

The role requires a graduation and at least 3 years of relevant experience. You will analyze sales data, prepare action plans for key accounts, monitor competitors, and strive to maximize turnover while maintaining client files

Qualifications

Graduation with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Manage sales operations to achieve assigned business objectives.
Increase customer buying frequency and average turnover.
Achieve sales targets and ensure the required number of customer visits.
Activate new customers and acquire new HoReCa customers.
Maintain and regularly update customer files.
Develop and implement action plans for each key customer.
Visit customers according to the planned schedule and submit the required reports to the Line Manager.
Analyze customer forms and sales data before each visit, set sales objectives, and identify gaps between targets and actual outcomes.
Define customer-specific objectives and develop action plans to achieve them.
Support customer panel organization.
Conduct at least one competitor visit and regularly monitor competitors’ activities.
