Job summary

Metromakro in Lahore is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage sales operations and drive revenue growth. You will focus on HoReCa accounts, activate new customers, and maintain detailed client files with regular reporting to the Line Manager.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop action plans for key customers across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations to achieve assigned business objectives.
• Increase customer buying frequency and average turnover.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure the required number of customer visits.
• Activate new customers and acquire new HoReCa customers.
• Maintain and regularly update customer files.
• Develop and implement action plans for each key customer.
• Visit customers according to the planned schedule and submit the required reports to the Line Manager.
• Analyze customer forms and sales data before each visit, set sales objectives, and identify gaps between targets and actual outcomes.
• Define customer-specific objectives and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Support customer panel organization.
• Conduct at least one competitor visit and regularly monitor competitors' activities.
