Job summary

Steps Ahead Pakistan is seeking an Account Manager – HORECA to drive growth in Lahore. The candidate should have at least 3 years of proven Horeca sales experience and around 5 years in total sales, with preference given to those with frozen food exposure.

You will manage hotels, restaurants, and caterers, build strong relationships, and lead sales strategies to meet targets while coordinating with internal teams for timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Approximately 5 years of overall sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HORECA sales or account management.
• Strong understanding of the HORECA market and customer network.
• Experience in the frozen food category will be preferred but is not mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts independently.
• Good knowledge of market dynamics and competitor activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key accounts within the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and other institutional customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective distribution across assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
