METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited in Lahore is seeking a Sales Operations professional to manage wholesale sales activities, drive customer frequency, and achieve targets across HoReCa and other client segments. You will update customer files, analyze data, and implement plans for key accounts.

The role emphasizes visiting planned customers, reporting to the Line Manager, and monitoring competitors to adapt tactics in a dynamic wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Activate new customers and acquire new HoReCa customers.
• Maintain and regularly update customer files.

• Visit customers according to the planned schedule and submit the required reports to the Line Manager.
• Analyze customer forms and sales data before each visit, set sales objectives, and identify gaps between targets and actual outcomes.
• Define customer-specific objectives and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Support customer panel organization.
• Conduct at least one competitor visit and regularly monitor competitors' activities.

Formation

Job Description
