Pfizer Health Representative in Rawalpindi is responsible for presenting Pfizer products to doctors and health professionals within the assigned territory. Knowledge of products and competitive activity is essential. The position requires a science background with preference for Pharm D and 0–2 years pharmaceutical selling

Qualifications

• Science graduate; Pharm D preferred.
• Fresh to 2 years in pharmaceutical selling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent physicians, hospitals and health-related organizations within an assigned territory.
• Make professional presentations to doctors on Pfizer product indications to increase prescriptions.
• Submit call reports to Health Representative Manager on prescribed forms.
• Follow approved tour program and present coverage in scheduled meetings.
• Arrange Product Group Meetings with doctors to discuss products and update knowledge on competitors.
• Collect and report information on promotional moves of competitors.
• Provide feedback to manager and marketing on promotional activities.
• Coordinate with distributors for stock availability at retail outlets.
• Report findings to Health Representative Manager; forward doctors' technical queries to Medical Division.
• Maintain records, detailing kit and vehicle; submit expenses and leave plans on deadlines.

Broad Function

• Responsible for making professional skillful presentations to targeted doctors of his assigned territory. Required to ensure adequate knowledge of his products and their competition.
• Prepares doctors/chemists contact records list and maintains all call records accordingly.
• Prepares his weekly and monthly call plans and submits for approval to his HRM.
• Submits his call reports on the prescribed forms to his HRM as per the prescribed scheduled.
• Representatives are responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals, and other health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory.
• Make professional presentations using selling skills to listed doctors on the approved indications of Pfizer products with a view to increasing prescriptions.
• Submit reports regarding calls made to doctors and chemists to his Health Representative Manager on the prescribed forms.
• Follows the approved tour program, makes planned calls accordingly and presents the coverage in scheduled meetings.
• Arrange Product Group Meetings with the doctors to discuss one or two products in detail. Updates knowledge on competitive products.

• Ensure proper dressing, maintenance of records, detailing kit and vehicle. Submits his expenses and leave plans as per the deadlines.
