You will drive commercial growth by optimizing partner performance, leveraging data-driven insights, and developing strong relationships with key accounts while aligning with company strategy and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
• 4+ years of work experience in a similar role.
• Process-oriented and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Excel or Google equivalents.
• Strong knowledge of internet and e-commerce sector.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead independent projects.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and elevate a team of Account Managers toward targets and operational excellence.
• Drive commercial growth by optimizing partner performance and unlocking new revenue streams.
• Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate portfolio performance and identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Analyze upcoming needs and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Clearly communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on Commercial Metrics, Operational Metrics, Product Mix, Marketing Campaigns.
• Forecast and track monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Support cross-functional teams by sharing lessons learned and resolving issues.
• Additional tasks/projects as they arise.
