foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager to drive city-wide client relationships and growth in Pakistan. You will own client portfolios, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans and optimize contracts.

The role focuses on developing robust client networks, negotiating favorable terms, and delivering measurable account growth in a fast-paced local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
• Understanding of the retail landscape of Pakistan.
• Owns responsibilities and can take full ownership.
• 2–3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
• Process-oriented and data-driven.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
• Knowledge of internet and e-commerce sector.
• Driven and ambitious.
• Proactive and capable of leading independent projects.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
• Detail oriented and meticulous in following steps.

Responsibilities

• Understand retail landscape and category mix.
• Acquire new clients with healthy commercials in their zones.
• Serve as the main contact for city-wide Client Accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Accounts in the portfolio.
• Analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Drive MoM growth of all assigned Accounts.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (monthly/quarterly).
• Support cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and resolve issues.
• Handle additional tasks/projects as they arise.
