You will build strong relationships, analyze needs, and negotiate profitable contracts while partnering with cross-functional teams to execute strategic campaigns.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a business degree, and strong data-driven capabilities with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape of Pakistan.
• 3–5 years of relevant field experience.
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset.
• Proactive with ability to lead independent projects.
• Excellent MS Office and Excel skills.
• Solid knowledge of internet and e-commerce sectors.
• Detail oriented with careful attention to steps in processes.

Aufgaben

• Understand retail landscape and category mix.
• Acquire new clients with healthy commercials in their zones.
• Act as main contact for city-wide client accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all accounts.
• Analyze upcoming needs and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Drive MoM growth for all assigned accounts.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on commercial metrics and product mix.
• Forecast and track key account metrics monthly and quarterly.
• Design exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships and co-branding.
• Support cross-functional teams and share lessons learned.
• Handle additional tasks/projects as they arise.
