Confidential in Lahore’s Walled City is seeking a warm, composed guest relations host to look after guests and coordinate service across our hospitality businesses. You will welcome guests, speak with them before arrival, and work with the service team to keep follow-ups organised.

This hands-on role requires confident English and Urdu communication, comfort with everyday digital tools, and a willingness to take responsibility. Salary is around PKR 80,000 per month, with room to learn and grow.

We’re looking for someone warm, composed and dependable to help look after our guests and coordinate service across our hospitality businesses in Lahore’s Walled City.

This is a hands‑on role. You’ll speak with guests before they arrive, welcome them in person, coordinate with the service team, keep guest information and follow-ups organised, and help make sure concerns are properly resolved.

We’re looking for someone who communicates confidently in English and Urdu, is comfortable with everyday digital tools, enjoys dealing with people, and takes responsibility rather than letting things slip.

Experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service or another people-facing role is useful. Restaurant‑management experience is welcome but not essential; we can train the right person in our systems and way of working.

Please consider the Fort Road / Walled City location and evening working hours carefully before applying. Weekends, public holidays and special occasions are working days. Mondays are off.

Salary: around PKR 80,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

There is room to learn, grow and take on greater responsibility over time.
