Job summary

SeaLink is seeking a Concierge Coordinator in Lahore to deliver exceptional service to guests and residents of a luxury building. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, coordinate service requests, and provide local recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, fluency in English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints or concerns and resolve them efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Requirements

Salary 1600$ per month without accommodation
