Job summary

Flyper in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service to guests and residents of our luxury hotel. You will greet and welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, answer inquiries about the hotel and local area, and arrange reservations and transportation as needed.

Excellent communication and an outgoing, calm demeanor are essential. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Job description

As a Concierge in Lahore Pakistan you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of our luxury hotel

Your main duties will include greeting and welcoming guests assisting with check-in and check-out processes answering inquiries regarding the hotel and local area making reservations for guests at restaurants or events arranging transportation services and ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly

You will also be responsible for maintaining the lobby area and ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times

To excel in this role you should have excellent communication skills a friendly and outgoing personality and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required

You must also have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month

The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the hotel including weekends and holidays
