This role involves managing GTM tools like Clay and n8n, building automated workflows, and ensuring CRM data accuracy for the U.S. market. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in GTM or RevOps roles and a strong background in B2B marketing strategies. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in GTM Operations, RevOps, Growth Ops, or similar role.
• Experience with Clay and automation tools (n8n or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of B2B outbound and ABM workflows.
• Experience supporting sales or business development teams.
• Comfort with APIs, workflows, and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage GTM tools including Clay, n8n, CRM, and automation platforms.
• Build and maintain workflows for lead enrichment and follow-ups.
• Support ABM execution through clean data and segmentation.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and reporting readiness.
• Enable sales teams with actionable lead data.
• Monitor funnel performance and suggest optimizations.
