Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Experience leading a sales team and managing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Execute development of an end-to-end on-ground payments ecosystem to drive JazzCash wallet adoption and merchant network.
• Develop and implement strategies for expansion of business operations and new market segments.
• Conduct market analyses to identify gaps, opportunities and potential challenges.
• Lead, coach, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners and clients.
• Monitor and report sales performance metrics to management for informed decisions.
• Implement training programs to enhance the sales team's capabilities.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
