Job summary

Flipdish is recruiting a senior individual contributor to lead full-funnel demand generation through paid media and experimentation across the UK and Ireland. You’ll own Meta and PPC programs, applying AI and automation to improve efficiency and scale profitable demand.

The role demands 8–10+ years in paid media, experience with UK/Irish markets, and the ability to drive evidence-based investment decisions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years’ experience in paid media and demand generation.
• Experience with UK or Irish brands, clients, or markets.
• Hands-on Meta Ads expertise at meaningful spend levels; PPC across Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise Meta paid-media across UK & Ireland; protect efficiency while scaling profitable demand.
• Manage PPC across Google and other platforms; use AI for routine optimisation with human judgement on budget and risk.
• Run experiments across creative, audiences, bidding, channel mix; define hypotheses and fast feedback loops.
