Job summary

Flipdish Limited is seeking a senior, hands-on marketer to own full-funnel demand generation through paid media across the UK and Ireland. You will lead a mature Meta programme with five-figure monthly spend and leverage AI to drive growth while coordinating with Product, Commercial, and Creative teams.

You’ll test new channels and build a repeatable experimentation engine, aiming for profitable revenue growth and stronger media efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years’ experience in paid media and demand generation.
• Experience with UK or Irish brands, clients, or markets.
• Hands-on Meta Ads expertise at meaningful spend levels across platforms.
• Fluent in full-funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, payback) and revenue contribution.
• Experience testing AI-driven advertising or other early-stage channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise Flipdish’s Meta paid-media programme for UK & Ireland.
• Manage PPC across Google and other platforms; use AI for routine optimisation with human oversight.
• Build and run structured experiments across creative, audiences, bidding, and channels.
• Evaluate channels by full-funnel economics and downstream revenue.
• Collaborate with SEO/AEO to align paid and organic strategies.
• Build dashboards and automate reporting for the Marketing team.
• Work with Product, Commercial, Design, and Brand to sharpen positioning and leverage AI tools.
• Challenge poor decisions with evidence-based proposals.
