Job summary
myUKhub is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to map and optimise consumer and SME services, spanning the end-to-end customer journey and digital platforms. You will gather requirements from founders and staff, document BRD/SRS, and translate needs into actionable workstreams for developers and external tech suppliers.
The role requires strong written and spoken English, independent work habits, and experience with website portals, CMS, and integrations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Prepare requirements documents, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with website/portal projects and external tech suppliers.
- Understanding of websites, portals and common digital integrations.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed understanding of existing consumer and SME services.
- Review the customer journey from registration to support and returns.
- Map current business processes and recommend future-state improvements.
- Gather requirements from the Founder and stakeholders.
- Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Convert business needs into prioritised workstreams.
- Audit website and admin processes; plan phased improvements.
- Document BRD/SRS and acceptance criteria where appropriate.
- Produce user stories and process flows for development teams.
