You will manage campaigns across email and WhatsApp, build automated journeys, and collaborate with a UK-based team. Strong copywriting, analytics, and AI tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience with multiple marketing platforms (HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Active Campaign).
• Strong English copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience building CRM automation workflows and journeys.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Canva).
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API is a plus.
