Job summary

Hul Hub Pakistan is seeking a capable Business Analyst to analyze business problems, define root causes, gather requirements, and document user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and wireframes. You will help shape To-Be workflows and coordinate between business and technical teams in an Agile setting.

You will support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT, ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs. Fresh graduates welcome; 0–2 years experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/related field completed or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems, root causes, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
• Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and wireframes.
• Analyze existing (As-Is) processes and recommend improved (To-Be) workflows.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and coordinate between business and technical teams.
• Support Agile activities, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement tracking.
• Evaluate system integrations and process impacts at a basic level.
• Support UAT and verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements
