Mirchawala's Hub of Accountancy in Karachi, Pakistan seeks an Intermediate Performance Marketing Executive to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit, driving ROAS and scalable growth.

You will set up conversion tracking with Meta Pixel, GTM, and GA4, produce performance reports in Looker Studio and Excel, and translate data into actionable optimizations while communicating insights to the team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
• Ability to analyze campaigns and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and CPM.
• Set up conversion tracking and remarketing audiences with Pixel, GTM, and GA4.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
