GE Vernova's Saudi Cluster Commercial team seeks a Sales Manager (Grid Automation) to drive orders and CCM within the Saudi Arabia and Bahrain sub-region. Reporting to the Sub-Region Sales Director, you will lead GA sales and commercial activities across Substation Protection, Substation Automation, MnD and Critical Infrastructure Communications.

Formación

• Engineering degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of technical experience in Grid Automation portfolio and GCC/KSA market.
• Proven experience in cross functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English language.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and execute proposal strategies, including deal structuring, pricing, and proposal development.
• Target and close deals in Bahrain and Pakistan; build pipelines to align with Operating Plan.
• Serve as the prime GA interface for Sales and Commercial teams; coordinate with GA Tendering, Operations, Growth, and Sales Operations.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of sales territories, product lines, and market dynamics to execute strategies; identify new opportunities with partners.
• Use analytical thinking to address day-to-day project, market, and customer issues.
• Lead small projects and mentor colleagues with less experience.
