Job summary

GE Vernova's Grid Automation leadership role seeks a Sales Manager to drive orders and CCM in the GCC region. You will interface with GA Sales and Commercial teams, shaping strategies and go-to-market plans for Substation Protection, Substation Automation, MnD, and Critical Infrastructure Communications.

You will lead deal strategies, pricing, and collaboration with multiple internal teams to ensure pipeline visibility and achievement of operating plan targets. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work across functions to drive deals and programs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities for project delivery.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute proposal strategies, including deal structuring and pricing.
• Target and close deals in Bahrain and Pakistan; build and manage a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with GA Tendering, Operations, Growth, and Sales Operations to achieve targets.
• Utilize product and market knowledge to identify opportunities and differentiate offerings.
• Lead small projects and mentor colleagues to improve deal execution.
