Job summary

Broader Future Group in Lahore is seeking a Google & Meta Ads Manager to plan, launch and manage campaigns across multiple client accounts from DHA Phase 4.

This on-site role requires 2-3 years experience, strong skills in keyword research, bidding, tracking and optimization, and a proven track record in lead generation for SaaS or digital marketing agencies.

You must be based in Lahore and able to commute to DHA Phase 4; salary is PKR 100,000 per month and negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on experience managing Google and Meta Ads / PPC campaigns.
• Experience with SaaS companies and/or digital marketing agencies.
• Proven experience managing campaigns for service-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, campaign structure, bidding, conversion tracking and optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused advertising.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Monitor budgets, CPC, CPL, conversions and overall campaign performance
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead quality
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Create and test ad copy, targeting and campaign strategies
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to achieve client growth targets

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be physically based in Lahore and able to commute to DHA Phase 4
