Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in global recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a US corporate environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software, including international job boards.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates for the US office.
• Perform initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ fit.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage candidate progress.
• Develop relationships with candidates and communicate proactively throughout the process.
• Leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a holistic evaluation process.
• Support diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
