You will build robust talent pipelines, source via LinkedIn and portals, conduct outreach, and coordinate with recruiters to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (internship acceptable).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening calls.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing reports.
• Stay up to date with market trends and sourcing best practices.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience during the sourcing process.
