• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience or Master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience in HR operations or HR service delivery.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of transactional HR services for UNOPS partners.
• Develop, monitor and adjust project plans, milestones and baselines.
• Ensure compliance with policies and contractual commitments.
• Manage risks, issues and changes; report to project board.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for outputs.
• Provide timely, client-focused communications and dashboards.
