Job summary

SHR GLOBAL in Pakistan is seeking a Head of Human Resources for Retail Operations to lead people strategy across multiple locations and partner with the CEO on workforce planning and organizational development.

The role requires a commercially astute HR leader with substantial experience in large-scale, customer-facing retail environments and a proven track record in building a high-performing workforce and strong HR governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with business goals and organizational growth.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for corporate, managerial, technical, retail, and frontline positions.
• Oversee HR operations across retail outlets, regional operations, warehouses, and corporate functions, as applicable.
• Design and oversee performance management systems linked to measurable business and individual objectives.
• Lead employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary processes, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee compensation structures, salary reviews, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee-related budgeting.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Pakistani labour laws and statutory obligations.
