• Ability to manage distributor and institutional accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute the territory's sales plan with distributors and institutional accounts.
• Develop and monitor targets for key accounts within the territory.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve issues and collect payments.
• Supervise OD team to ensure on-time delivery and full coverage.
• Visit outlets to check stock, expiry and product quality.
• Identify opportunities and build relationships with institutional customers.
• Provide feedback on product performance and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales and collection reports for the territory.
