Job summary

National Foods Limited in Pakistan seeks a results-driven sales leader to manage assigned territories, lead distributors and order bookers, and implement our sales strategy to hit targets.

You will develop monthly targets, analyze KPIs, and drive coverage through field visits, trade marketing execution, and budget-conscious planning. A graduate with 4–6 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4–6 years relevant sales experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, forecast and manage territory sales.

Responsibilities

• Set monthly targets for assigned territories and assign them to order bookers.
• Prepare and share sales reports for territories and categories to analyze KPIs.
• Manage order bookers and drive target achievement with product knowledge and resources.
• Conduct market visits to ensure coverage and understand market dynamics.
• Ensure trade marketing activities are carried out as per plans.
• Plan sales efforts and design PJPs by territory and RTM.
• Develop relationships with distributors to align objectives and optimize revenue.
• Forecast sales and manage budgets to maximize returns and minimize costs.
