Job summary

Sunrice Foods (Pvt) Ltd in Lahore seeks a results-oriented Sales & Distribution Manager to lead the national retail rollout. You will secure distributors, set trade terms, and drive shelf placement across Pakistan’s top supermarket chains.

Uz 5–8 years FMCG experience is preferred with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Travel across multi-city operations is expected and incentives are tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years FMCG sales and distribution experience across Pakistan.
• Proven track record building distributor networks in food/grocery.

Responsibilities

• Build distribution from scratch by identifying and onboarding regional distributors and wholesalers.
• Drive retail placement and secure shelf space in major chains with strong visibility.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor pricing, stock, and distributor execution.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute trade promotions and in-store activations.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.
