Job summary

You will greet passengers, assist with boarding, log data, promote onboard meals and charity services, and work with the crew to meet safety standards and sales targets. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate required; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English; other languages advantageous.
• Presentable, friendly, and able to remain positive under stress.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to handle difficult customers.
• Capable of teamwork, initiative, and flexible shift work.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes passengers, assists with boarding, and logs data per procedures.
• Promotes onboard meals, products and charity services to meet targets.
• Informs and assists passengers with safety procedures and emergencies.
• Carries out pre-flight checks and handover to cabin crew and captain as needed.
• Maintains cash and card handling accuracy and accountability.
