Air Arabia in Karachi is seeking a cabin crew member to act as an ambassador, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle. You will provide top-tier customer service, assist with boarding, and promote onboard services while maintaining a professional appearance and adherence to SOPs.

Candidates should be fluent in English, have a customer-service mindset, and demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Presentable, friendly and able to remain professional under stress.

Responsabilités

• Ensures timely attendance, grooming and fitness for assigned flights; participates in briefing and roles distribution.
• Instructs passengers on safety procedures and handles onboard safety and security concerns.
• Welcomes passengers, assists with boarding, and records data per procedures.
• Promotes onboard meals and services to maximize on-board revenue and charity program participation.
• Maintains cabin readiness, reports deficiencies, and oversees handovers with staff.
