Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• First aid, safety and emergency procedures training is an added value.
• Fit to fly with good health and fitness.
• Presentable, friendly with a positive attitude under stress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer needs oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely attendance, grooming, fitness and legality for flights.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers during boarding and flight.
• Promote onboard services and contribute to sales targets.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures and report irregularities promptly.
• Cary out pre-flight checks and ensure cabin supplies and equipment are ready.
• Maintain clean cabin and handover to staff at transit points.
• Record flight details and incident reports as required.
