Job summary

Jobs2Web is seeking a cabin crew member for Lahore to ensure passenger safety, comfort and service throughout flights. The role requires presenting a friendly demeanor, handling safety instructions, and supporting revenue-generating activities while adhering to SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher secondary certificate, fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures training is an added value.
• Fit to fly with good health and no serious medical conditions.
• Presentable, friendly with a positive attitude under stress.
• Customer service oriented and able to attend to customer needs.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain corporate image.
• Proactive, self-motivated with teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness and legality for flights.
• Instructs passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Assists with boarding and data entry into aircraft logbook per SOPs.
• Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and charity services; promotes meals and products.
• Handles cash and credit card payments securely for sales and donations.
• Performs pre-flight checks and reports deficiencies to Cabin Supervisor/Captain.
• Ensures cabin cleanliness and adequate re-catering/stock at transit stations.
• Ensures orderly handover/takeover of cabin with catering, cleaning and maintenance staff.
• Delivers post-flight briefing and evaluation reports per procedures; evaluates Cabin Supervisor.
• Maintains professional safety knowledge and attends recurrent trainings and workshops.
• Contributes to team effort and achieves KPIs.
