Job summary

Nova Finance is seeking energetic Customer Support Officers to join the on-site team in Lahore. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a seamless financial service experience.

This role requires 6 days a week with one rotating day off and offers a competitive salary up to PKR 50,000 based on experience. Responsibilities include guiding users through account setup, verification, transactions, and CRM recordkeeping, while meeting daily metrics on call handling time and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum intermediate or bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Urdu and English.
• Basic understanding of fintech apps, wallets and digital banking.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding fintech product features and account issues.
• Guide users through account creation, verification and transaction processes.
• Troubleshoot technical glitches and payment failures patiently.
• Escalate complex financial or technical issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily performance metrics including call handling time and quality scores.
