Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Uphold Cala Restaurant's service standards, including proper table service, staff grooming, etiquette, and comprehensive menu knowledge.
• Supervise and manage daily front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, table turnover, and service flow.
• Coordinate effectively with hosts and service staff to provide smooth and efficient guest service.
• Work with kitchen, management, and other departments to ensure timely food delivery and smooth service execution.
• Manage special occasions and events, ensuring operational issues are resolved swiftly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Use hospitality management systems and CRM software to track guest preferences and improve service quality.
• Monitor and control quality standards aligned with Cala Restaurant's brand reputation and expectations.
• Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of guest relations and service operations to enhance restaurant performance.
