Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service role.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time.
• Knowledge of Karachi city attractions and amenities.
• Female candidates preferred.

Responsibilities
