Job summary

Siddique Ice is seeking a Field Sales Officer to drive growth of dried fruits through direct field engagement in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and surrounding areas. You will manage quotations, negotiate deals, and collect payments, while maintaining the sales pipeline and reporting weekly progress.

The role is onsite with daily field visits, requiring 2–3 years of shop-to-shop retail route sales experience, basic smartphone literacy, and a valid motorcycle license.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of shop-to-shop retail route sales experience in FMCG or dry fruit.
• Intermediate or above education.
• Own motorcycle with valid license.
• Familiarity with Islamabad/Rawalpindi markets.
• Basic smartphone literacy.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow sales channels for dried fruits.
• Daily field visits across Islamabad/Rawalpindi and assigned routes in the surrounding region.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, close sales, collect payments, and follow up on receivables.
• Maintain sales pipeline in company CRM and provide weekly reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow sales channels for dried fruits
• Daily field visits across Islamabad/Rawalpindi and assigned routes in the surrounding region
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, close sales, collect payments, and follow up on receivables
• Maintain sales pipeline in company CRM and provide weekly reports

Requirements

• 2-3 years of shop-to-shop retail route sales experience (order booker / van sales) in FMCG or dry fruit
• Intermediate or above education
• Own motorcycle with valid license
• Familiarity with Islamabad/Rawalpindi markets
• Basic smartphone literacy

Preferred Skills

• Contacts in dry fruit retail or confectionery trade

Compensation

• Commission: fixed % of collected sales value, paid monthly
• Fuel allowance for assigned out-of-city routes
