Job summary

LALA Group of Travels is seeking a Field Sales Agent (Rwp) to drive growth in the Rawalpindi region. You will visit potential customers and promote air tickets, tours, hotels, visa services, and travel packages.

Candidates with 1–3 years in sales, strong communication, and self-motivation will excel. Field visits, target orientation, and professional representation are essential. Knowledge of CRM and local market is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant sales experience considered.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, airline, hospitality, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of travel services and local market sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.

Hiring: Field Sales Agent (Rwp)

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers, companies, organizations, and other business prospects to generate sales.
• Promote air tickets, tours, hotels, visa services, transportation, Umrah/Hajj packages, and other travel services.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant team to provide suitable travel solutions.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, inquiries, and prospective customers to convert them into bookings.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular records of field visits, leads, customer follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the ticketing, operations, visa, and accounts teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Collect customer payments where required and submit them to the company according to established procedures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Represent Lala Group of Companies professionally in the market.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements:
