Job summary

Smile Hardware, a specialist in premium aluminum and glass architectural solutions, seeks a driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and manage relationships from ground up. You will target architects, builders, developers, and property owners, lead outreach, and own the end-to-end client lifecycle from initial consultation to handover.

You will conduct field visits, present our facade and glazing offerings, negotiate quotes, and ensure project delivery while tracking

Qualifications

Experience in field sales or business development for architectural materials preferred.
Ability to read basic architectural drawings a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Urdu and English.

Responsibilities

Acquire new clients and manage outreach to architects, builders, developers, and property owners.
Pitch and sell aluminum and glass solutions (windows, storefronts, curtain walls, ACP).
Conduct field visits to active sites and real estate offices for opportunity identification.
Own client lifecycle from initial consultation and estimates to negotiation and handover.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform proposals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
