Job summary

Oresto Pizza is seeking a hands-on Branch Supervisor for its Gujranwala location to support daily operations and lead the branch team. The role focuses on maintaining service efficiency, food quality, cleanliness, and a positive customer experience during busy periods.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing shifts, ensuring food safety standards, handling cash and stock, and driving branch performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating a restaurant, café, fast-food or similar customer-facing service team.
• Ability to assign tasks, organize shift coverage, coach staff, and address performance issues professionally.
• Working knowledge of food hygiene, safe food handling, cleaning routines, and service quality controls.
• Strong customer service skills, including calm and constructive handling of complaints and order issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening, closing, and daily branch activities to keep service running smoothly.
• Supervise, guide, and schedule team members; support onboarding and provide feedback on performance.
• Monitor customer service, order accuracy, food preparation standards, and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Track stock levels, oversee receiving and storage, and report replenishment needs while minimizing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety standards throughout the branch.
• Review sales, cash handling, and shift records for accuracy and escalates operational issues to management.
• Help implement promotions and company procedures, and identify practical improvements to branch performance.
