• Ability to monitor inventory, purchasing, stock rotation, wastage, and basic cost controls.
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems, spreadsheets, and routine sales or operations reports.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to customer complaints and team issues.
• Ability to set priorities and maintain service standards during busy periods.
• Organized, accountable, and capable of documenting procedures and tracking operational results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing routines, staffing, customer service, and order flow.
• Set and monitor operating standards for food quality, preparation, cleanliness, and service speed.
• Plan staff schedules, guide team leads, coach employees, and address performance or service issues.
• Manage inventory, purchasing coordination, stock rotation, and controls to reduce waste and shortages.
• Track sales, operating costs, customer feedback, and key performance indicators; recommend practical improvements.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, hygiene, workplace, and local operating requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve operational issues and support business growth.
• Prepare regular operations updates and implement procedures that improve consistency across shifts.
