Job summary

BIG in Lahore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to own day-to-day operations and lead a fast-paced food business. You will supervise staff, ensure service quality, manage dine-in, takeaways, and online orders, and uphold hygiene and food standards.

We value hands-on leaders who can identify problems, take initiative, coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams, and maintain smooth performance daily in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant or similar operation.
• Proven leadership and staff management abilities.
• Strong understanding of operations, inventory, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all restaurant staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Manage daily dine-in, takeaway, and Foodpanda orders.
• Maintain food quality, portion control, presentation, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels and prevent shortages or unnecessary wastage.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, dining area, counters, and overall restaurant.
• Manage staff attendance, shifts, discipline, and performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy hours.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Identify operational problems and take ownership of resolving them.
• Report important issues, stock requirements, and daily performance to management.
