Job summary

Oresto Pizza is seeking a Branch Manager for its Gujranwala operation. You will oversee daily restaurant activities, maintain food and service standards, and drive the branch to meet operational and commercial goals.

Responsibilities include leading and coaching staff, ensuring food safety and quality, managing inventory, and delivering cost-efficient operations. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising a fast-food, restaurant, or comparable food-service operation.
• Strong team leadership, staff scheduling, coaching, and shift coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality-control practices.
• Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, stock rotation, portion control, and waste reduction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations, including opening and closing routines, service flow, and shift coverage.
• Lead, schedule, coach, and support front- and back-of-house employees.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory, place or coordinate replenishment orders, and limit waste and operating costs.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and work with the team to improve the guest experience.
• Track sales, expenses, stock, and staff performance; prepare routine operational reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure equipment and facilities are safe and ready for service.
• Implement company procedures and identify practical improvements as the business grows.
