Job summary

People Perfect is seeking a Head of HR & Administration for an established edible gelatin manufacturing company in Lahore. You will oversee the HR and administration function at the factory, drive HR transformation, and ensure compliance with labour laws for a large workforce.

This role requires hands-on leadership, 10+ years of HR experience, MBA, CHRP, and public listed company exposure. You will shape policies, manage payroll, recruitment, attendance, and workforce analytics to support growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR operations and payroll coordination experience.
• Experience in public listed company context is mandatory.
• Factory HR and workforce management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of statutory & labour compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Transformation & Organizational Development and drive KPI frameworks.
• Manage Core HR Operations and workforce controls including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure statutory & labour compliance (EOBI, PESSI) and maintain HR policies and records.
• Oversee training, development, engagement, retention and HR reporting.
