Job summary

People Perfect is seeking a hands-on Head of HR & Administration for a large edible gelatin manufacturing facility in Lahore. You will lead the HR and Administration functions at the factory, drive HR transformation, and strengthen workforce controls to ensure compliance.

The role demands 10+ years of HR operations experience, exposure to public-listed companies, and strong expertise in HRMS, payroll, and IR matters within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR operations and payroll coordination.
• Experience with public listed companies is mandatory.
• Factory-based HR and workforce management in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong exposure to HRMS implementation and digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation and organizational development across the factory.
• Manage core HR operations, workforce controls and recruitment.
• Ensure statutory compliance (labour laws, EOBI, PESSI) and HR policies.
• Oversee training, engagement, analytics and factory administration.
